LOAN PRIVILEGES

RENEWALS

Renewals may be made online at View My Account, as long as the renewal limit is not exceeded.

The member could also call, email or fax the Library to renew the item.

RESERVATIONS

Members may reserve books online via the MHQ Catalogue, or by phone, email, fax or in person.

PERIODICAL CIRCULATION

Professional HQ Officer can request for a maximum of 5 journals to be circulated to them.  Please download and fill up the Journals Circulation List form and submit it to the Library.

BOOK DROP

Books can be returned via the Book Drop before & after office hours.

INFORMATION & ENQUIRY

Library Staff provides assistance in locating of library materials and specific information eg statistical data.  Members are also alerted to books or articles available in the library.


 BIBLIOGRAPHY

The Library compiles the new arrivals and thematic lists on a monthly basis.  These are posted on the Library's webpage and notice board.
